いいえ。相談、対象確認、登録、申込み、書類確認、着手金はすべて0円です。No. Consultation, eligibility review, registration, application, document review and upfront fee are all JPY 0.
還付金が実際に入金された場合のみ、税理士報酬25,000円（税込）をお支払いいただく料金体系です。還付されなかった場合、税理士報酬は0円です。The JPY 25,000 tax-inclusive tax accountant fee is paid only if a refund is actually received. If no refund is received, the fee is JPY 0.
税務署からの還付金の入金を確認した後に精算します。申込み時、契約時、申告書提出時の先払いはありません。It is settled after confirming the tax office refund. There is no prepayment at application, engagement or filing.
いいえ。還付額は勤続期間、退職所得控除、同じ年に受け取った他の退職金などによって異なります。全額還付を保証するものではありません。No. The refund depends on service period, retirement income deductions and other retirement payments received in the same year. A full refund is not guaranteed.

通常、国民年金の脱退一時金には厚生年金と同じ20.42％の源泉徴収はありません。本サービスは主に厚生年金の脱退一時金から税金が引かれた方を対象としています。National Pension lump-sum payments are generally not subject to the same 20.42% withholding. This service mainly covers people whose Employees’ Pension lump-sum payment had tax withheld.

書類確認から申告準備まで1〜2週間、提出後の審査と還付は1〜3か月程度が目安ですが、税務署の状況や追加資料により前後します。Document review and filing preparation may take 1–2 weeks, and tax office review/refund may take about 1–3 months, depending on circumstances.
